TEARABYTE
By Ryan Lane
Review:
This disc of thrash metal is decent. The music is pretty good, and the
vocals are not too bad. I just didn't get that vibe that you get from a band
that just blows you away. There are a couple of good songs on here, but
that's about it. At least the vocals are able to be understood. That's the
one thing I hate about a lot of new metal, is that the vocals are so
horrible that you can't understand them without the liner notes from the cd.
Musically they are very talented, but the songs are just not up to par.
There is a thrash version of Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb. Also some bonus
live stuff at the end which includes some thrash versions of some Christmas
songs. Kind of interesting.
