Review: This amazing collection of Ronnie James Dio's past and present is a must have for all fans, I was quiet surprised by the beginnings of the c.d.'s with his first band Elf.. I had no idea Ronnie had so much blues sound in him, I really enjoyed those tracks.. as you go through the years you hear tracks from Rainbow, Black Sabbath, along with all the years as Dio. All amazing showmanship of not only Ronnie's "do anything" voice, but his great songwriting. Also added in the c.d.'s is a few live tracks from some of the great tours. I can't say enough about this c.d. Ronnie is a pure talent, and this collection shows it all. make sure you pick one up!
Booklet: This is an awesome booklet, it unfolds, to 4 parts, with 2 discs, each in there own holder, then a book which has tons of pictures through the years.. along with a track by track explanation from Ronnie.. it doesn't get much better then this.. find out what each song is about.. along with writing credits and players.. this is a perfect booklet!
Favorite Track: It's hard to say.. just depends on your favorite era of Ronnie's life, but some of my favorites were "Man on the Silver Mountain" amazing song.. "We Rock" "The Last in Line" I love the guitar work in those..
Least Favorite Track: Can't find any.. all great tracks!
