I'm going to do a rating system on where this D.V.D. will end up in my household..
1 Star.. Straight to Ebay.
2 Stars... It will sit on my "older" D.V.D. rack to collect dust.
3 Stars.... It will stay in my "watch often" to go through every once in a while.
4 Stars.... I'll let run while I'm working....
5 Stars.. My girlfriend will have to sit through it even though she doesn't know the bands....

DIO
EVIL OR DEVINE

Review: This is a full concert shot in New York on Friday the 13th 2002 at the Roseland Ballroom.. it kicks ass from beginning to end, I was never lucky enough to catch Dio live so this was a nice treat for me to see what the live show was like.. Ronnie is right on with all his vocals, and sorcery.. the band is tight, and sounds great in surround sound.. I also had no idea what a great guitar player Doug Ulrich was..  The set list ranges from the oldies but goodies "Man on the Silver Mountain" through the years w/"Holy Diver" "The Last in Line" "We Rock" and on and on.. along with a few new tracks from the new album Killing the Dragon.. whatever era Ronnie is singing, he still sings with the passion of it being a new release.. all in all this is a must for any fan, D.V.D. also include a photo gallery which only has pictures of the band w/fans, which I thought was a great personal touch.. also include the music video for "Push" which is a nice bonus since we won't be seeing that on Mtv anytime soon... AND there is a great in depth interview w/Ronnie.. talking about a ton of cool subjects.. that are not the same ol' same ol' .. So make sure you pick up this great concert archive of one of the best metal bands ever!

Case: Cool cover, and the insert has a couple other cool pictures, along with the track listing which is nice, also includes a listing of a few other Dio releases.. still wonder why people don't make cool "booklets"

Favorite part of the D.V.D.: The whole show is just great.. for old and new fans.. I think my favorite songs on here were "Don't talk to Strangers".. Ronnie's voice sounds perfect!

Least favorite part: The backstage stuff.. there wasn't much too it, and they could have shot it with the pro cameras that covered the show.. otherwise.. this is a great D.V.D.. the fans will love it..
