I'm going to do a
rating system on where this D.V.D. will end up in my household..
1 Star.. Straight to Ebay.
2 Stars... It will sit on my "older" D.V.D. rack to collect dust.
3 Stars.... It will stay in my "watch often" to go through every once in a
while.
4 Stars.... I'll let run while I'm working....
5 Stars.. My girlfriend will have to sit through it even though she doesn't know
the bands....

Review: Queensryche has to be one of the best sounding live bands EVER. and this DVD proves it.. the title is right on.. they have definitely mastered the "Art of Live".. only thing is.. this show just doesn't have the energy these guys normally have, it just kind of drags, don't get me wrong.. it sounds perfect.. (almost too perfect).. it just needed more moving around.. etc. If your a long time fan you will love this, if your a new fan and want to know what the buzz is about, its the bear essential Queensryche.. no Rock Opera.. no Operation Mindcrime.. not lasers etc. just live rock n roll from one of the few bands left that care about how they sound.
Favorite part of DVD: Well I'd have to say I enjoyed the acoustic set during the concert.. and I liked he hanging out.. promo stuff for the radio stations.. etc. all though hearing the same song, over and over.. (and it's my favorite song on the Tribe c.d.) got to be a bit much... and the encore with Dream Theater was AMAZING....
Least favorite part: Don't like the effects they have playing through the whole thing, makes it feel like its a shot promo video.. it pulls from the "live" feel...
Case: Simple, clear case.. but you can't read the thanks, etc. cause its a "foggy" case... not much to it....
