I'm going to do a
rating system on where this c.d. will end up in my household..
1 Star.. Straight to Ebay.
2 Stars... It will sit on my "older" c.d. rack to collect dust.
3 Stars.... It will stay in my "listen to rack" to go through every once in a
while.
4 Stars.... It will be in my computer while I'm working.
5 Stars.. It will be cranking through the house.. and car.. my girlfriend will
have to get used to it..

Review:
YAAAA... Hairbands releasing music in the year 2003.. Never thought I'd see the
day all these artists would be on one c.d. unless it was one more "Monster
Ballad's" issue.. No instead it's a collection of Christmas songs.. DOne rock -
roll style.. and there is some great bands on here, so Im going to break down
each song..
Warrant: Good song, sounds a lot like old Warrant..
Danger Danger: Very fun song, great vocals.. and
lyrics.. typical fun D2 song.. and the background sounds like "Naughty Naughty"
Enuff Znuff: Sounds like most of their stuff.. very
thick vocals.. good song..
LA Guns: Very bluesy.. great style.. fun upbeat
song..
Bullet Boys: I forget what a powerful voice Marq
has.. and he uses it in this.. makes it rocky.. and raspy.. very raw song.. good
stuff!
Tuff: This is an average song from Stevie.. I love
his voice, but I wish he would have made this heavier..
Every Mothers Nightmare: Slow acoustic.. sappy
song.. Rick sounds great..
Gilby Clarke: GIlby has a way of taking any song,
and making it his own.. this sounds like his other stuff..
Pretty Boy Floyd: Typical PBF song.. loud and
glammy.. Steve has such a unique voice, could tell it was them right away..
Roxx Gang: This should be Mojo Gurus this sounds
more like the new bluesy/rock a billy stuff from Mojo.. Good stuff though!
Faster Pussycat.. (or should I say just Taime) this
is more like Newlydeads... very heavy and industrial...
Now to get a listing of all the songs they each do.. you'll have to pick up the
c.d. it's well worth getting something different, and not played out from the
old days.. Plus imagine the families face when they hear it Christmas morning..
Favorite Song: I'd have to say....I like the "Naughty Naughty Xmas" - D2. and "Father Christmas" true Warrant style
Least Favorite Song: "Happy Family" this isn't very Christmas sounding, compared to the rest of them...
Booklet: Not much to it.. just unfolds, to 2 pages, telling who plays on each song, which is nice, since most of these bands changed members since the last time we all heard them..
Do you own this c.d.?
