I'm going to do a rating system on where this c.d. will end up in my household..
1 Star.. Straight to Ebay.
2 Stars... It will sit on my "older" c.d. rack to collect dust.
3 Stars.... It will stay in my "listen to rack" to go through every once in a while.
4 Stars.... It will be in my computer while I'm working.
5 Stars.. It will be cranking through the house.. and car.. my girlfriend will have to get used to it..

L.A. GUNS
TALES FROM THE STRIP

By J Rock

Review: First off this c.d. comes out screaming.. I absolutely love the guitar riff in the first song "It Don't Mean Nothing" LOVE IT! I can tell already fans will not be disappointed in new guitar player Stacey Blades... He picks up right where Tracii left out.. his riffs are solid.. raw.. and very catchy.. I'm humming along the riffs more then the lyrics.. Great job Mr.Blades! This c.d. is full of great sex, sleaze, Hollywood strip music.. just like the old days.. A must for old fans, and new fans alike....

Favorite song: Well definitely "It Don't Mean Nothing"... and "Vampire" is awesome.. love the guitar solo.. and love how they tie in all the album names in the song.. also love the instrumentals... Also love the guitar work in "Resurrection"..

Least favorite song: "Skin" just isn't catching me like the rest of the songs..

Booklet: Nice and simple..credits, pics of the guys inside, and a group pic on the back.. I just don't care for the cover art...
