Review: This soundtrack is an auditory assault, that accompanies one of the more disturbing films of 2003. The T.C.M. soundtrack is what you would hear if your soul was to burn in hell's eternal fire. With the likes of Texas based Pantera, Hatebreed, Static X, Meshuggah, and Fear Factory, you begin to realize the power that this CD offers. Just like any soundtrack, T.C.M. offers numerous bands the opportunity to gain exposure due to the buzz generated by the film. Some of the lesser known bands on the soundtrack made some impressive contributions, such as: Motograter with their installment - Suffocate (a knuckle breaker), Shadows Fall - Destroyer of Senses, Sworn Enemy - As Real As it Gets (NY Hardcore Motherfucker!), and Morbid Angel - Enshrined by Grace (this is one of Morbid Angel's more powerful incantations). If you are interested in tasting the metal sounds being churned out in 2003, this soundtrack offers a healthy serving.
Favorite songs: Motograter and Shadows Fall
Least favorite songs: 40 Below Summer - "Self Medicate", Core-Tez - "Five Months"
